Terms and Conditions

The Promoter of this free prize draw is NBS, a trading name of NBS Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England (Company No. 978271), whose registered office is The Old Post Office, St Nicholas Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1RH (the "Promoter").

• To enter this free prize draw, you must submit an NBS Customer Experience survey 2023 (for manufacturer and supplier customers) and indicate at the end of the questionnaire that you wish to be included within the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
• By entering this free prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Persons connected with the NBS or Byggfakta Group are ineligible.
• Entry is limited to one entry per person.
• The Competition will start at 01:00 British Summer Time ("BST") on Thursday 1 June 2023 and end at 23:59 Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on Sunday 25 June 2023. No entries received after the competition period will be eligible to win a prize.
• TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRIZE DRAW YOU MUST:
• Tell us that you want to be included within the prize draw.
• Provide contact details including your name and email address to enable us to contact you to inform you that you have won a prize.
• Ten prizes will be awarded to ten different people.
• Each prize winner can choose between:
• a. A £50 John Lewis Gift Voucher
• b. Or a £50 donation to the charity of their choice
• Where a charity is chosen:
• It must be a registered charity with the Charity Commission (or its equivalent in Scotland or Northern Ireland) or be categorised as an ‘Exempt’ or ‘Excepted’ charity (please see the Charity Commission website for more information).
• The donation will be made direct from NBS Enterprises.
• All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted. There is no cash alternative.
• Each entrant will be allocated an automatically generated random number. NBS will maintain a list of the entrants and their allocated numbers. To choose the winners, the entrants as at the closing date and time will be sorted by their allocated random numbers into descending order. The highest three random numbers will be selected as the winners. The numbers will be selected within 20 working days of the prize draw closing date.
• The winners will be notified by email, using the address provided for the prize draw, within 7 days of the draw.
• Should a prize remain unclaimed 20 days after the respective winner has been notified, the unclaimed prize will be void.
• Void prizes may be redrawn (excluding the original prize draw winner).
• The collection of personal data for the purposes of this competition will be subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR and will comply with NBS’ Privacy Policy.

Free Entry to Prize Draws

If you would like to enter our prize draws without completing the survey, please e-mail market.research@theNBS.com stating the competition(s) you wish to enter. Requests by email must be received before the competition’s closing date.
