The comprehensive library contains pre-written multi-disciplinary clauses, example inserts, and guidance on the new concepts and how to apply them. Designed to enhance user experience, it streamlines information gathering and enables collaborative discussions and decision-making within project design teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency from the outset.

A multi-discipline library of content covering the main elements of a building in either Uniclass or CAWS format and guidance from Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) on construction cost, ongoing maintenance and replacement costs, and embodied carbon
