Using the 'down to next item' button causes the error - 'NBS Scheduler has encountered a problem and needs to close'

Summary

Using the 'down to next item' button to navigate through the schedule of works will cause the software to close when it moves to select a clause heading that is not expanded.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the Update 2010-2, August software v5.0.3 CD. Please download and install the latest version of NBS Scheduler here.

In addition we recommend all customers turn on the auto save option within their software to minimise any loss of work from this or any other issue with the software, machine or network.

After installing the 2010-2 August v5.0.3 update, to turn on the auto save option go to: Tools > Options and click the auto save tick box whilst specifying the time interval for automatically saving files.
