Which NBS programs contain preliminaries for use with the JCT Measured Term Contract

NBS provide pre-written preliminaries for use with a variety of contracts. However the preliminaries for use with the JCT Measured Term Contract are only provided in NBS Scheduler.

Why?

NBS Chorus and NBS Landscape are software that produce specifications. They are designed for use with a variety of pricing documents.

NBS Scheduler is the only product NBS provides which generates a pricing document - it generates a schedule of work. The JCT Measured Term Contract is designed specifically for use with schedules of work. Consequently the preliminaries NBS provide for the JCT Measured Term Contract are only included in NBS Scheduler.
