Your NBS subscription is due for renewal

Your NBS subscription is due for renewal shortly and an invoice will be sent to the invoice/finance contact at your company.

NBS Create

Once payment has been received your subscription will be renewed automatically, so there is nothing more you need to do.

NBS Building, NBS Landscape, NBS Engineering Services, NBS Scheduler and NBS Contract Administrator

Once payment has been received a new licence will be issued. Please contact NBS Customer Support on +44 (0)345 456 9594 (Option 2) to obtain your new unlock code.

When can I expect to receive my renewal invoice?

The invoice/finance contact at your company will receive an invoice to renew your subscription approximately 1 month before your subscription expires.

How can I request a copy of my invoice?

To receive a copy of your invoice by email, please email financesalesledger@ribaenterprises.com including your company name, postal and email address, product and renewal date.

How can I pay my invoice?

Payment can be made by BACS, CHAPS, cheque or credit card.

Where do I send my remittances?

Please email it to financesalesledger@ribaenterprises.com.

Can I continue to use my NBS software even though I am getting messages prompting me about my renewal?

Yes - In the month leading up to your renewal, NBS will continue to work as normal. Select 'No' on the renewal message to continue using the software.

How can I change my address?

Please email support@thenbs.com confirming your old address, new address and date at this address.

What does my subscription include?

Your subscription includes access to your NBS software. It also includes software and technical content updates, software and technical support.
